VIP Member Guide
How the v7v7vip VIP Program Works
Most online platforms treat all players the same regardless of how long they've been members or how active they are. v7v7vip takes a different approach. The VIP program is designed to recognize loyalty and give it real value — not just a badge, but tangible improvements to your experience every time you play.
Membership is automatic. Every registered player begins at the Silver tier and advances based on their ongoing activity across all game categories — live casino, slots, sports betting, eBingo, fish games, and poker all contribute. You don't have to apply separately or meet any eligibility criteria beyond playing normally on the platform.
Advancing Through VIP Tiers
The path from Silver to Diamond follows your cumulative activity on v7v7vip. As your total wager volume grows over time, you cross tier thresholds and move up to Gold, then Platinum, then Diamond. Each new tier unlocks additional benefits on top of what you already had — you never lose benefits by advancing.
Tier advancement isn't based on net wins or losses — it's based on your total activity. This means casual players who enjoy playing regularly over a longer period can still reach higher tiers steadily, while higher-stakes players may advance more quickly. The system is designed to be fair to all types of players.
Stay Active: Your VIP status is maintained through regular activity on v7v7vip. For specific details about tier maintenance periods and activity requirements, contact the support team or check your account profile page after logging in.
Priority Withdrawals: The Most Practical VIP Perk
Among all the VIP benefits, priority withdrawal processing is consistently the one players value most. For players in Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere else in the Philippines, knowing that your withdrawal request will be handled ahead of the standard queue gives real peace of mind when you've had a good session and want your PHP balance transferred promptly.
From Gold tier onwards, your withdrawal requests are tagged as priority and handled accordingly by the v7v7vip finance team. At Diamond tier, you receive the fastest processing available on the platform — and with a dedicated VIP host familiar with your account, any queries about your payout are resolved quickly without needing to explain your situation from scratch each time.
Dedicated Account Managers for Platinum and Diamond
From Platinum tier upwards, each member is assigned a dedicated account manager. This person is your direct point of contact for anything related to your v7v7vip account — bonus questions, withdrawal status, game recommendations, or anything else that comes up during your gaming experience.
Having a dedicated manager means you don't wait in general support queues for matters that affect your account directly. For Diamond members, this goes a step further with a personal VIP host who is familiar with your preferences and proactively reaches out with relevant offers and updates.
VIP Cashback: Getting Something Back Every Month
Cashback is one of the most consistent VIP benefits across all tiers. Every month, a portion of your gaming activity is returned to your account as cashback — giving you funds back regardless of how your session results went. The rate increases with each tier, so as you advance from Silver through to Diamond, the percentage returned to you grows.
Cashback is credited to your main account balance and can be used across all game categories. There are no complicated conditions to navigate — it's simply a monthly reward for being an active v7v7vip member. The specific rates at each tier are communicated when you reach that level, and your account manager (at Platinum and above) can walk you through the exact figures.
VIP Promotions: Beyond the Standard Offers
All players at v7v7vip have access to the general promotions available on the platform. VIP members receive those plus additional offers that aren't publicly listed. These include reload bonuses tied to your tier, cashback boosts during major sporting events like the PBA playoffs or major boxing fights, and personalized offers based on the game categories you play most.
Gold and above members also receive birthday bonuses and account anniversary rewards — straightforward acknowledgments that don't require any extra action on your part. Visit the Promotions page to see the current general offers, and check your VIP dashboard for your tier-specific bonuses after logging in.
Responsible Gaming: The v7v7vip VIP program rewards regular play, but we want all members to enjoy their gaming within a comfortable budget. Players must be 21 or above. Please read our
Responsible Gaming guide and use the account tools available to manage your activity if needed.
